Psalm 19: 10-14
More to be desired are they than gold, Yea, than much fine gold; Sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. Moreover by them Your servant is warned, and in keeping them there is great reward. Who can understand his errors? Cleanse me from secret faults. Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins; Let them not have dominion over me. Then I shall be blameless, and I shall be innocent of great transgression. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer.
The ending of this psalm is a continuation of the revelation of God. The Law of God was better than fine gold and sweet. It states there is great reward in keeping the laws and following the teachings of the Bible. 'Cleanse' from sins that no one knows about but me and God. That is profound. David is telling us in the last verses in prayerful ways that all we say and do should be to God's glory.
I am really feeling the line "Cleanse me from secret faults". This could be sins that I think no one is aware of. However, GOD knows all--actions, thoughts, deeds... The last verses are stated in a prayerful tone. David is asking God to allow the words he says and the quiet meditation and study of God in his own heart be accepted as true worship. David goes on to say that God is his strength and Redeemer (savior).
